So HAMAS suicide bombers in Israel sometimes do what’s called “double tap” bombing -the first one blows up, say, a bus and the second (or more, but AFAIK mostly only 2 total) heads to the local hospital and detonates when the first responders arrive with the survivors from the original blast.
